The Plan

The goal of this project was to elevate the employee experience of an existing call center, as well as connect the expansion area of the 600 person call center. The existing buildings were 1980’s era industrial manufacturing buildings that at one time housed the start of Dell computers. Link was tasked with converting the existing entry vestibule into a new and open entry and create a new open break room to tie together the call center expansion.

The Solution

Our approach was to bring light into a previously dark and gloomy area, provide a “front door” for employees to enter, and utilize materials to create interest and character to the existing building.
