The Plan
The new owner of this 80’s era office complex wanted to reinvigorate and modernize the appeal of the facility to reach maximum leasing potential, all while staying under budget. The complex consists of about 40,000 sf of office space as well as outdoor areas.
The Solution
Link Architecture focused the design effort to impact key areas to generally modernize the existing facility:
- Exterior suite entrances
- Accessibility
- Landscaping
- Hard-scaping
- Signage/wayfinding program
- Finish-out programs
The project is now fully leased, and all interiors and exteriors are brought up to current code and accessibility requirements.
